Paddy McGuinness shares shower video as he reveals his birthday plans are ditched and fans think they've noticed 'problem'

Paddy McGuinness invited his Instagram followers in on his shower time as he posted a candid clip. With his bare chest on display, Paddy's bathroom video began with him declaring "Welcome to a very special shower news: the drought edition." The Top Gear host from Bolton then proceeded to cover his dry body with shower gel, but didn't switch the water on as people are asked to rethink their water usage during the heatwave with drought declared in parts of England. "Oh the indignity," he gasped.

But then he said positively: "I tell you what, this sun is gorgeous. Yeah, it's red hot but I'm enjoying it. It's my birthday this weekend, August 14.

"I thought I'd get in the garden with the kids, fill the paddling pool up and whack on the barbie, but obviously all that's out of the window now," he said.

Moving on briefly from his birthday, he told his fans: "But Monday I'm back in the studio for Question of Sport so come down and join us, watch the show being recorded - we'll have the air con cranked up all the way so you'll have a lovely time." Then he added jokingly: "As I say it is my birthday this weekend - I don't like to talk about it - and to any brands watching, please don't send me anything through the post.
