The owners of an award-winning pub in Oldham have announced plans to take on a second venue in the borough. The Spinners Arms near Saddleworth has been run by Stacey Lightfoot and Mick Wilkin for nearly eight years.

During their ownership, the venue has been the recipient of a number of awards, including being named as the Community Pub of the Year by JW Lees in 2023.

The family-friendly pub, on Woodbrook Road in Springhead, regularly hosts live music and entertainment and has also become known for its roast dinners and its ‘mega’ Yorkshire pudding roast wrap.
