Owners of a luxury hotel have revealed first-look images of its £15million expansion set to open to the public in summer 2024.Steve and Alison Timoney will re-launch Crossbasket Castle with an additional new 40-bedroom hotel, destination restaurant, two five-bedroom eco-friendly lodges and a spa spread over two secluded lodges.The entrepreneur and philanthropist couple, who describe Crossbasket Castle as a no-expense-spared passion project, said the hotel – which is situated between High Blantyre and East Kilbride – will leave their guests in awe.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
