BBC weatherman Owain Wyn Evans had a brilliant response to a troll who called him a 'limp-wristed, effeminate drummer.' The popular presenter for North West Tonight and The One Show raised more than £2million for Children in Need last November with a non-stop 24-hour drumming challenge.

But he clapped back after a nasty keyboard warrior tweeted: "Keith Moon would be turning in his grave if he had to witness that limp-wristed, effeminate attempt to play the drums." Owain shared the vile message, with their name and image blanked out, with the upbeat response: "Good morning dahlings! "As you know, I am more than happy with my limp-wristed, effeminate drumming. "Keith Moon, as well as being an amazing drummer, enjoyed dressing up in drag… so would probably have approved of a camp drummer." To make his point he tweeted a gallery of photos of Keith, the legendary drummer for The Who who died in 1978, dressed in drag. "Some pics of Keith Moon looking absolutely fabulous in drag," he messaged.

And one of Owain's followers sent photo of the Foo Fighters in drag. Another follower @Lou3Ceri said: "You are too kind to blank out their name/image - such nastiness should be owned or called out!
