The actor, who played Dougall MacKenzie in the hit show, took to Instagram to share a clip of himself working hard in his co-star Sam Heughan's vest as he pumped some iron.
Alongside the clip, he penned: "Today my wonderful friend and mentor in all things gym taught me a new dance move. Just make sure you have plenty of room on the dance floor in case of droppage.
