‘Our hearts are broken’ Mum-of-22 Sue Radford cries after heartbreaking loss
ok.co.ukSue Radford has been left heartbroken after the tragic death of her best friend's daughter, Sophie Walker. Sophie was just 17 years old and Sue revealed that she died last night (7 July) after a seven-year battle with a rare kidney cancer.
Sue, who is known for being mum to Britain’s biggest family with 22 kids, is best mates with Rebecca - Sophie’s mum.The pair got to know each other when Rebecca reached out to Sue after giving birth to twins in 2013, and they have been firm friends ever since.
Commenting under an incredibly emotional post by Sophie’s family on Instagram, Sue described Sophie as a "kind-hearted, funny, brave girl".
She wrote: "Sophie our hearts are broken, you really were the most beautiful kind hearted funny brave girl I know. "We will miss your beautiful smile and laugh so much, you rest now Sophie and take care of your beautiful amazing family. "Love you forever beautiful girl." Sue's daughter Chloe Radford also commented: “Absolutely heartbreaking.
