Opening date revealed for new Lanarkshire supermarket

Lanarkshire’s newest supermarket is to open its doors next Thursday, November 24. The new branch of Lidl, at Carlisle Road in Airdrie, is the firm’s seventh store in North Lanarkshire and is to create up to 40 jobs.

Its opening date has been confirmed by an advertising campaign in the town; and completes the transformation of a former distillery warehousing site beside Airdrie's football stadium.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
