Reception pupils and children in Years 3 to 6 have all been sent home from Yew Tree Primary School in Dukinfield, Tameside, following a number of positive tests among pupils and staff.

The younger class closed on March 25, followed by the Year 6 bubble on Monday, March 29. Then on Tuesday parents received a message to say the whole of Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6) would be closing too.
