‘One Piece’ Taps Joe Manganiello As Mr. 0, Finds Its Miss All Sunday & Teases Chopper Character For Season 2
deadline.comOne Piece has added Joe Manganiello (True Blood, Magic Mike franchise) and Lera Abova (Bumper in Berlin, Honey Don’t) to the Season 2 cast.
Manganiello will play “Mr. 0” and Abova will portray “Miss All Sunday.” The announcement was made during the Netflix Geeked Week Live show Thursday.
The show also gave a behind-the-scenes look at the first table read of Season 2, which teased that popular character Chopper will appear in the new season. (You can watch it below.) Manganiello, who hosted Geeked Week, and Abova were on hand at the event, along with returning star Jeff Ward (Buggy) who welcomed them “on behalf of the Season 1 villains.” “To be trusted with one of the greatest characters ever in manga and fantasy; I’ve been waiting for a character like this my entire career,” Manganiello said on stage.
Manganiello & Abova join previously announced new cast members Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, Mark Harelik as Dr.
