In the late 90s, alleged child abuser Richard John Ramsey Burrows failed to turn up at court for his trial. A quarter of a century later, he is still missing and still listed as one of the country's most wanted men, reports Cheshire Live.
Burrows, previously from the village of Audem, near Nantwich, was charged by police in 1998 accused of multiple offences of gross indecency.
