Olympic hero Tom Daley, originally from Plymouth, has bagged his fifth Olympic medal, scoring a silver in the men's synchronized diving at the Paris Games.The 30 year old now resides in sunny California with his husband of seven years, Dustin Lance Black.The couple decided to move after a bar brawl that allegedly cost them £600,000.Tom, who was honoured as Team GB's Flagbearer at this year's Olympic opening ceremony in Paris, has previously opened up about the family drama following accusations against his Oscar-winning screenwriter husband Dustin.
Dustin was accused of assaulting BBC presenter Teddy Edwardes at a Soho bar in August 2022.Teddy took Dustin to court in 2023, and the ensuing upset led the couple to start anew in LA with their two children.

The footage showed her hitting Dustin in the back of the head as he walked away from her, leading to the case being dismissed. "Ms Edwardes said she didn't see a difference between her drink being spilt and Mr Black grabbing her wrist, that the outcome is the same," the judge remarked. "But there is a difference.The charge was brought on Mr Black having grabbed her wrist.
