Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took a sly dig at Paul Pogba ’s agent Mino Raiola after naming the midfielder in his starting line-up against Manchester City on Saturday night.
Raiola made plenty of headlines last Monday by claiming Pogba’s time at Old Trafford is coming to an end, which certainly didn’t go down well with Solskjaer.After their 3-2 defeat away at RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Tuesday, which knocked them out of the competition, the Norwegian said: “As soon as Pogba's agent realises it is a team sport the better.”Pogba was dropped to the bench in Germany and was expected to be left out once more against City, yet in a surprising twist Solskjaer picked the Frenchman to start alongside Fred and Scott.
