Marcos Rojo has finally secured a Manchester United transfer exit. The Argentinian defender fell out of favour under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after he took over from Jose Mourinho and it soon became clear his days at Old Trafford were numbered.
But, according to ESPN, Rojo found out he had no future at the club in brutal fashion - after Solskjaer made the news public in a press conference.
With an option to extend his deal by another 12 months until 2022, Rojo was still yet to hear from United about whether it would be activated.
But Solskjaer informed press conference in January that the club had decided to allow him to leave. It is alleged this happened before he had spoken to Rojo, and he discovered his fate when it was posted on social
