Oasis are turning their reunion tour into a movie

This summer Oasis will reunite for their first tour since Liam and Noel Gallagher went their separate ways in 2009. Tickets for the tour, which will begin in their native U.K.

before hitting Asia, Europe, and North and South America, sold out almost immediately. And across the dates, a film crew will be documenting the action for a newly announced movie.

The Oasis Live ‘25 tour will be the subject of an intriguing sounding film created and produced by Steven Knight. That name may be familiar if you have watched Peaky Blinders, the British period crime drama created by Knight and starring Cillian Murphy as Tommy Shelby, a gangleader in post-war Birmingham, England.

Knight has also written TV series and movies including the Oscar-nominated Maria and this year's A Thousand Blows.
