Oasis this morning announced three more dates on the band's Live '25 tour due to "unprecedented demand". Fresh dates have been confirmed for three existing cities on the calendar after a huge scramble for pre-sale tickets to the monster gigs. The new concerts, which go on sale like the others at 9am on Saturday, are 16 July in Heaton Park in Manchester, 30 July at London's Wembley, and 12 August in Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh.
That means there are now five dates to see Oasis at Wembley, five in Manchester, and three in Edinburgh. There had been speculation that they would also headline Glastonbury but the band were quick to pour cold water on that suggestion. They said in a statement: "Despite media speculation, Oasis will not be playing Glastonbury 2025 or any other festivals next year. The only way to see the band perform will be on their Oasis Live '25 World Tour." The Oasis reunion sparked a ticketing frenzy when it was announced this week, with millions pre-registering for the chance to see Noel and Liam Gallagher back on stage for the first time in 15 years. The band announced that some fans would be able to get tickets a day early through a pre-sale ballot with what the group called an "unprecedented volume of entries".
Dates outside the UK are also expected to be announced after a notice on the band's social media accounts made reference to Live '25 being a "world tour"..
