Oasis have announced a limited-edition vinyl box set of their ‘Definitely Maybe’ singles to mark the 30th anniversary of ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol’.
Find all the details below.The track was released exactly 30 years ago today (on October 10, 1994) as the fourth and final single from the Britpop band’s seminal debut album – which itself has been celebrated with a special reissue.To further commemorate the three-decade milestone, Liam and Noel Gallagher will drop a new ‘Definitely Maybe’ singles box set next Friday (October 18).It’ll boast four marbled seven-inch vinyl records featuring the 2014 remastered versions of ‘Supersonic’, ‘Shakermaker’, ‘Live Forever’ and ‘Cigarettes & Alcohol’, along with their respective B-sides.The collection will be packaged in a replica of the highly collectible original 1996 CD cigarette-style box.
