Oasis and Blur feud ‘sparked by Noel Gallagher and Damon Blur love triangle’

The famous Oasis and Blur feud from the Nineties was sparked by a love triangle involving Liam Gallagher and Damon Albarn. The Blur frontman reportedly slept with a mystery woman Liam was dating, leading to a highly-publicised falling out.

According to The Sun, Noel Gallagher claims the feud was fuelled by drugs: ‘Liam and Damon were s******g the same bird and there was a lot of cocaine involved.

That’s where the germ of it grew from.’ The claim appears to be backed up in a new book called Don’t Look Back In Anger, written by Alan McGee – Oasis’ former manager.
