Iris Jones has quipped about finding herself a 'new lover' following the split from her Egyptian toyboy boyfriend.The 83-year-old was married to 37-year-old Mohamed Ibrahim for two years before she ended their relationship earlier this year.Following their shock split, she took to ITV's This Morning to explain she never expected to fall for someone so much younger than her reports the Mirror.She said: "I adored everything about Mohamed but it became hard work.

We used to have a great sex life but then, rather than making love, we ended up arguing all the time about anything and everything.

I can’t be doing with that. I’m not a lovesick teenager. I’m 83."And now, the OAP is now focusing all of her attention on her 'new love' - a feline called Mr Tibbs.She dubbed the cat "cleverer than any men" she's ever known, deciding to adopt him when Mohamed moved out of their home.Taking to her Facebook page, Iris shared a photo of the Bengal kitty stealing some food from the package.She praised her cat, calling him a "clever boy" and laughed.“My boy, Mr Tibbs, is cleverer than any men I know,” she wrote in the video's caption.

She also seemingly took a swipe at Mohamed as she wrote in the comment section: "Much cleverer than you know who!" She previously spoke about her furry friend and said: "I got him just a few days after Mohammed moved out and he’s the perfect companion.
