A care home in Wigan was left ‘disappointed’ after receiving yet another damning report after failing to heed eight previous warnings from inspectors about management issues.
Douglas Bank Nursing Home was rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as ‘requires improvement’ - the same result they got following an inspection last year.
The watchdog criticised their handling of medicines, assessing risk regarding fire safety and the recording of risks to people's health in the report published on July 15.
