Viewers watching the National Television Awards at home think they have spotted a 'feud' between some of ITV's biggest stars after clocking the reaction to This Morning picking up the gong for Daytime for the fifth consecutive year.

The ITV daytime show saw off competition from Loose Women, The Chase and The Repair Shop to take home the award on Thursday (October 13) during the ceremony held at London’s OVO Wembley Arena.

It comes soon after the pair faced criticism over the past couple of weeks following claims they skipped the queue for the Queen’s lying in state.

As the popular programme was announced as the winner by Strictly Come Dancing pair Ellie Simmonds and Nikita Kuzmin, Phillip was seen putting his head in his hands and appeared to hold back tears while Holly looked equally as surprised and thrilled as she immediately hug her co-star and off-screen 'bestie'.
