As the cost of living crisis continues to bite, North Lanarkshire Council’s housing service is offering a range of support to help tenants remain in their homes.NLC’s Tenant Sustainment Policy sets out housing service’s proactive approach to tenant sustainment with the council asking tenants to seek help and advice as early as possible to allow them to put support and referrals in place and reduce housing crisis.The policy aims to minimise tenancy breakdowns, evictions, and abandonments as well as preventing housing crisis and homelessness.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
