North Lanarkshire Council issues account reminder over trade waste service

North Lanarkshire Council is reminding businesses which use its trade waste service to sign up for an online account.The secure online account, called bisaccount, allows businesses to access and manage their waste collection more easily, including changing collection frequency, number and size of bins required.Customers can also view pricing information and payment methods, and the account will generate a Duty of Care document, the legal contract between the council and each business.

This is a legal requirement of the Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) (Scotland) Regulations 2014.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
