However, the relationship may well have run its course, after fans noticed they no longer follow each other on Instagram, while Noah appears to have deleted his Instagram snaps with the model.
One upset fan said on Twitter: ‘This is a PSA. Noah Centineo and Alexis Ren has broken up. JUST AS I STARTED LOVING THEM TOGETHER.
