Now, Trent Reznor and co. have indeed confirmed that they will be performing this year.The band took to social media today (January 14) to address the leaks, writing: “Since some dates and information about our world tour have leaked we are confirming that yes we will be touring and will provide more details soon.”However, the band have stopped short of sharing the list of tour dates due to the Los Angeles wildfires: “We are all watching the devastation that is unfolding in California and have paused our announcement while people try to deal with all that is happening”.Check out Nine Inch Nails’ full post below.A post shared by Nine Inch Nails (@nineinchnails)In a follow-up post on their Instagram Stories, the band have also directed fans to wildlife resources.The tour will mark the band’s first run of shows since 2022.
It will also be their first time hitting the road since confirming last month that they’re working on new material. Reznor said they were “taking the inspiration we’ve garnered and funnelling it into a Nine Inch Nails project, which we’re working on now.
We’re ready to be back in the driver’s seat.”This is not the first time Nine Inch Nails have opened up about new material being in the works.
