The 38-year-old reality star sadly passed away on Friday after losing her battle with anorexia. She had been living with the eating disorder since she was six years old and a video of Nikki speaking about her feelings to Vanessa has been shared on social media, as fans mourn Nikki's death.
News of the devastating passing was confirmed online by her close pal Leon Dee, and later by Nikki's rep. A rep for Nikki told The Mirror: "It is with immeasurable sadness that Nikki Grahame passed away in the early hours of Friday 9th April 2021.
