Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev‘s marriage is officially over. On Wednesday (November 20), a rep for the 40-year-old retired WWE pro announced that the she and the 42-year-old Dancing with the Stars pro dancer settled their divorce two months after she initially filed. Keep reading to find out more…“Nikki and Artem have settled their divorce and will not be going to court,” Nikki’s rep shared in a statement with Us Weekly. “Both parties decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively coparent their son.” The statement continued, “Nikki’s number one priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter.

She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time.” Back in August, Artem was arrested on domestic violence charges following an alleged altercation with Nikki.

She filed for divorce in early September and was then granted a restraining order against Artem in October.

Shortly after Nikki filed for divorce, Artem responded in court and alleged that Nikki was the aggressor in their relationship.
