Scherzy posed for a stunning selfie with Simon's partner Lauren Silverman, after playing with the pair's son Eric on a water slide. "Love you @laurensilverman," Nicole captioned the candid snap with her pal. "Fun in the sun with mini @simoncowell," she wrote on a clip of her and Eric enjoying the slide.
Simon himself was nowhere to be seen, though it's likely the music mogul would sit out the frivolities after a nasty bike accident left him with a back broken in three places.
He was rushed to hospital to receive emergency surgery, and is now on the road to recovery - and rumoured to be eyeing up a TV return.
