They enjoyed a scenic boat trip in Tennessee when the large group set sail on a lake. Nicole and Keala both looked gorgeous as they posed for a fresh faced selfie under the radiant sunshine.
Other pictures included the large group - including her three nieces - smiling for the camera on the boat while they explored the lake.
Former The X Factor judge Nicole paid tribute to her sister as she gushed family time was her "absolute favourite". She wrote: "So grateful I could be in Tennessee to spend time with my beautiful sis for her birthday. "
