Nicolas Cage is suing him and their son for “life-threatening injuries” she says she suffered in an alleged fight last year.Christina Fulton accused hers and Cage’s son Weston Cage – described in the lawsuit as a “300-pound professional fighter” – of attacking her without provocation.

Per BBC, she is suing her son for assault and battery and Longlegs star Cage for negligence.The suit seeks unspecified damages for the “catastrophic physical, emotional, and economic harm she has endured”.

Weston Cage was arrested in June last year and charged with two felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon, which followed allegations he had attacked his mother and another individual.He pleaded not guilty to both charges.

Per People, Fulton said she was “brutally assaulted” following his arrest and release on bond, and that it was “imperative” Weston “receives the help he desperately needs”.The Snake Eyes actress claimed she had visited her son in April last year after getting “urgent messages” from his friends, per a civil complaint submitted to the Los Angeles County Superior Court.She alleges she was attacked by her son in a “manic rage” upon arriving, with the assault allegedly ensuing in the car park, lift and lobby of his residence.
