The SNP leader issued twitter rebuttal in response Tories labelling her “no-deal Nicola” online because of the SNP decision not to back the Tory Brexit deal.
In an angry online spat on Monday former Scottish Tory leader Jackson Carlaw retweeted footage of the First Minister in December stating that “a deal, any deal, is better than a No Deal”.Carlaw asked: “Were you lying then First Minister or are you lying now?”Within an hour Sturgeon responded that voters and MPs were being given a false choice.Sturgeon took to twitter to state: “Tory/Labour view is that all Scotland can aspire to is a ‘choice’ between a terrible deal we didn’t vote for and ‘no deal’ we didn’t vote for, and even then our view only counts if it accords with.
