Nick Knowles has hit out at supermarket giant Tesco as he laid into their 'stingy' Clubcard policy. The DIY SOS presenter took to Instagram to rant about the point system after noticing a change while he was shopping in store.
58-year-old Nick explained how he had tried to give the points he made on his items to the customer behind him in the queue - as he usually does - but was banned by staff.
The TV host called on Tesco to reverse the 'daft' decision to stop the donation of points - and to step up and do more to help food banks.
In the note, entitled 'Come on Tesco', Nick wrote: "I don't have club cards in supermarkets for various reasons, so when I finish shopping I give my points to someone near me at checkout. "It is a small thing
