Nicholas Hoult to Star in New Bank Heist Thriller from Director David Leitch

Nicholas Hoult has booked his next movie role! The 35-year-old Nosferatu actor has signed on to star in director David Leitch‘s untitled action thriller movie for Amazon MGM Studios and Imagine Entertainment.

While exact plot details about being kept under wraps, it is being reported that the story centers on “a group of savvy bank robbers who use social media to document their heists, playing a cat-and-mouse game with police,” sources told The Hollywood Reporter. Keep reading to find out more…The movie’s screenplay is being written by Mark Bianculli and production is currently scheduled to begin this summer.

Amazon is planning on releasing the movie in theaters. David, who is also producing the movie with wife and producing partner Kelly McCormick through their 87North banner, is best known for directing movies including 2018′s Deadpool 2, 2022′s Bullet Train, and 2024′s The Fall Guy. Nicholas will next be playing Lex Luthor in the upcoming movie Superman, which hits theaters on July 11.
