The colder weather has arrived and the NHS is warning people to take three important steps to protect their health – and the health of their loved ones – as winter sets in.

The NHS has urged north west residents to take action as a ‘tripledemic’ of winter viruses unfolds. Doctors are worried about the spread of Covid-19, flu, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) all at the same time.
