Next phase of £1bn Salford housing development with 2,000-home revealed

Middlewood Locks is a £1 billion, 2,215 home development close to the border of Salford and Manchester, including offices, hotel, shops, restaurants, multi storey car park and gym.

A total of 1,117 apartments, built during the first two phases of the project, have already sold out.
