Aaron Taylor-Johnson is said to have been offered the role of James Bond for the next instalments of the film franchise, taking over from Daniel Craig.
Actor Aaron, 33, known for his role in Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging, Kick-Ass and Bullet Train is said to be the top pick for film bosses.This comes after many fans of the 007 series thought Idris Elba would be the one to take on the iconic role after Craig's last appearance as the famous spy in 2021's No Time To Die.
Eon Productions, the team behind the famous spy movies, is said to be getting ready to film the new James Bond movie this year. "Bond is Aaron's job, should he wish to accept it.The formal offer is on the table and they are waiting to hear back.
As far as Eon is concerned, Aaron is going to sign his contract in the coming days and they can start preparing for the big announcement," a source told The Sun.The next Bond film has been on hold due to strikes in Hollywood in 2023.
