But it was her friend Nicole Sealey, who joined The Real Housewives of Cheshire in 2020, who instigated her joining the Jersey series which launched in 2020 following the success of the first British instalment of the Real Housewives franchise. "It's been amazing, " Sarha told us. "I never thought it was something I would do. "I was like 'no, no.
no'. It was a running joke." But within weeks of landing in Jersey Sarha found herself in front of the cameras after she was messaged by Nicole and put in touch with show bosses. "We decided to make a fresh start in October and moved to Jersey at the beginning of April," she recalled. "It was a whirlwind." Sarha's previous brush with fame was appearing on Celebrity Stars In Their Eyes playing the flute in a band with Coronation Street legend Kevin Kennedy (Curly Watts) performing as Bryan Adams when she was 16.
