The 39-year-old welcomed her baby girl with her partner Leyman Lahcine just three days ago and since then her breasts have filled with milk in order to breastfeed.
However, in a searingly honest Instagram post, Paloma has admitted that her ‘rock hard boobs’ are extremely painful and she has had to resort to a novel way to deal with them.
