New footage has emerged from inside Manchester Airport of the chaotic moments before a Greater Manchester Police officer was captured appearing to kick a man in the head in a viral video.
The exclusive footage, which the Manchester Evening News has obtained, is believed to capture the lead-up to the incident which has sparked controversy and protests since it emerged on social media.
The footage shared previously appeared to show the officer kicking and stamping on a man's head as he lay on the ground. Now, the new footage captures the chaotic and violent scenes between the people involved in the incident and police officers before this moment.
At the start of the clip, a group of people can be seen standing around a ticket machine inside a car park at Terminal 2.
