Offering up high-quality gastro pub food alongside an eclectic selection of real ales, fine wines and signature cocktails, the innovative new pub will have a “rustic, artisan feel”.And in a move that will be sure to excite foodies around the city, the team is already promising a top-quality Sunday roast.Designed by top Glasgow chef John Molloy, who has previously run the kitchens at some of the city's top restaurants, the dream comfort food focussed menu will feature the signature dish that John hopes will.
