New 'Friday' Movie in the Works, Ice Cube to Write & Star!

justjared.comIce Cube is working on a new Friday movie for Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema! The new film is called Last Friday, and will be the fourth installment in the comedy series — and the first in over 20 years, following Friday After Next in 2002, via Variety. Keep reading to find out more… New Line president and CCO Richard Brener confirmed a deal had been reached with the music star and actor to develop the movie in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. Ice Cube starred in all three movies before: Friday (1995), Next Friday (2000) and Friday After Next (2002).
