New 'Barbie' Trailer Features Sentimental Cameo That You Probably Didn't Notice at First!

Someone on TikTok is pointing out the special cameo that was featured in the trailer. Keep reading to find out more… TikTok user Kirbie Johnson revealed that the older woman who speaks to Barbie (Margot Robbie) on a park bench near the end of the trailer is actually Barbara Handler, the woman who inspired Barbie. Barbara‘s mother was businesswoman and inventor Ruth Handler, who co-founded Mattel with her husband and served as the company’s first president. “Humans only have one ending,” Barbara says in the trailer.
Last month, Barbara spoke out and revealed her thoughts on Margot playing the iconic role.
