A never before heard demo track by David Bowie recorded years before his first big hit is being sold at auction. The song 'I Do Believe I Love You' was recorded in 1966 and showcases a rare style of mainstream 60s pop music for the star.
The unique acetate recording is expected to fetch up to £5,000 and has only previously been heard by a few people. Bowie shot into the public consciousness with 'Space Oddity' three years later and went on to become an icon.
