3. These four characters are pulled directly from the pirate adventure manga “One Piece,” created by Eiichiro Oda, and its subsequent long-running anime TV series adaptation, where they are key members of the criminal syndicate Baroque Works.
The first season of Netflix’s “One Piece” starred Iñaki Godoy as aspiring pirate king Monkey D. Luffy, alongside Luffy’s Straw Hat crew played by Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp and Taz Skylar as Sanji, who are all reprising their roles for Season 2 and will have to contended with the Baroque Works members. “One Piece” Season 1 launched Aug.
