Raphael Bob-Waksberg, creator of Netflix’s long-running series BoJack Horseman, is back at the streamer with another animated comedy, Long Story Short.
The order comes 10 years to the day that Netflix launched BoJack Horseman, which ran for six seasons, ending in 2020. Long Story Short comes from Michael Eisner’s The Tornante Company, which produced BoJack, as well as ShadowMachine, which did the animation.
It will launch in 2025. Per the logline, the series is about a family, over time. It’s about the shared history, the inside jokes, the old wounds.
