Netflix has finally released the hotly-anticipated official trailer for joyously queer teen series Heartstopper. The show, which is based on author Alice Oseman's graphic novels of the same name, returns for its second season in August.
The two and a half minute trailer is packed with drama, as Charlie Spring, Nick Nelson and co face highs and lows in their friendships and love lives.
Season one ended as Charlie, played by Joe Locke, and Nick Nelson, portrayed by Kit Connor decided to officially become boyfriends during a sweet date to the beach.
Throughout the series Charlie, although supported by his friends and family, faced homophobia from boys at school.
