EXCLUSIVE: Netflix will attempt to unravel an 18-year-old mystery surrounding the death of Nora Dalmasso, a mother of two who was found strangled in her home in an affluent Argentinian city.
Netflix has greenlit the true-crime documentary from Pulse Films, the British production company behind The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann and Gangs of London.
Working titled The Many Deaths of Nora Dalmasso, the documentary will examine the November 2006 murder of Dalmasso in Río Cuarto.
Dalmasso’s body was found in her daughter’s bedroom with the cloth belt of her robe tied in a double knot around her neck. Eighteen years on from the incident, Dalmasso’s killer has yet to be brought to justice by authorities in Argentina.
