deadline.comNetflix appears to have streamlined its EMEA theatrical distribution operations, following news that local exec Hamish Moseley has left the company.
The platform would not comment on whether his role would be re-filled or on suggestions that his duties would now be handled out of the U.S.
The company is understood to want to continue its relationships with UK and European distributors including Altitude, Tri Pictures, Lucky Red, 24 Builder, but how is less clear.
Moseley joined Netflix as EMEA Director of Distribution in early 2022, reporting to Director of Distribution Spencer Klein, with an initial brief to oversee the theatrical release of around 30 features and documentaries in the region.
