Warnock left Huddersfield last week and the 74-year-old says might not be finished yet, although an opportunity to return to management would need to "whet his appetite." It's likely the Rangers job, were it to become available, would do that and Celtic daft radio host Brazil has been at the windup over the prospect since Warnock became went back on the market.
Last week he asked his talkSPORT colleague Ally McCoist if he could see Warnock in the job – but he got little joy out of the Ibrox legend who was quick to deflect away from the prospect of Michael Beale's departure.
