Neighbours fans stunned by 'ageless' Susan Kennedy in emotional finale

husband Karl (played by Alan Fletcher) are some of Neighbours' longest-serving characters. They quickly became Ramsay Street favourites - but their marriage had some tough times over the years.

While they are happily married (again) now, Karl's affairs with Sarah and later Izzy split the couple up. They later renewed their vows after Susan had amnesia.

The actress is 66 years old but fans thought she looked years younger than her age. in the final episode of the Channel 5 soap.
