I am going to kill you."Another neighbour challenged Parr, who told him that he "owned the street".The police arrived and Parr ran back inside his home.To stay up to date with all the latest news, make sure you sign up to one of our newsletters here.He was arrested and taken in handcuffs to a police van but, even after being warned about his antics, he continued to shout threats to the first man, saying that he was going to stamp on his head, he was going to get him and that he was dead.Parr had convictions for 82 previous offences, including 14 of being drunk and disorderly, and two others of assaulting police in 2005 and 2017.Cathy Kioko-Gilligan, mitigating, said that Parr lost his job "when the pandemic struck" and he returned to drinking."It's clear that he has long-standing issues with alcohol," said Miss Kioko-Gilligan."As a result of that, he commits offences and he knows full well that he must address his alcohol misuse."Parr had a "long-suffering partner" and they had five.
